The lure of the fishing pier where the catch of the day ranges from Pompano to Shark appeals to people of all ages. Close to the neighborhood convenience store, ice cream and video arcade and a delightful gourmet food and wine store. Features fully equipped kitchen with top appliances (refrigerator with ice and water, self cleaning stove, dishwasher and built in microwave), snack bar with stools, and ample dining area. The main floor laundry has a full size washer/dryer. Access the back yard shower and clothes line through the privacy gate for easy beach cleanup. Be entertained with cable TV, DVD, VCR and stereo system. A good nights rest is assured with newer mattresses.  The master suite offers king size bed, walk in closet and its own TV. Full bath has double sink, built in blow dryer, and ceramic tile floor. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, full bath with built in blow dryer and nice size closet. The 3rd sleeping area has a queen bed, small dresser and easy access closet in the hall.
